Project

Our project is the acquisition of a redundant industrial unit in the village of Poolewe, to act as a business hub for the surrounding communities.

The industrial unit was formerly a builders yard and comprises about 8000 square feet of office and workshop space surrounded by around 2 acres of outdoor space.

We believe that by reconfiguring the complex we can provide workshop, office and outdoor space for local small businesses on affordable rents.

Our current phase of the project is applying for grant funding.
